SHIPPING

 

We use Australia Post Express service and will dispatch your order at our soonest convenience according to your order time. Delays may occur and we will not be liable for any losses you suffer as a result of a delay.

International shipping may incur duties and taxes to be paid for by the receiver. Bambino and Bundles do not include customs and duty in the applicable shipping chargers.  Should you be concerned with delays associated with customs clearance please check with your local customs department prior to ordering.

RETURNS

 

If you change your mind about a product you purchase from Bambino & Bundles, you are entitled to return it on the following conditions:

​

1.     you return it to us within 10 days of delivery date.

2.     you return it to us in a saleable condition in its original packaging with the original tags and labels attached;

3.     the product has not been worn or used; is free of marks, debris, animal hair

4.     you give us proof (such as a receipt) that you purchased the product through our website;

5.     you notify us of the return (including the reason for the return) in the returns section of our website; and

6.     you return it to our nominated address for returns as stated in the returns procedure of our website.

 

Should products be returned following the above conditions you to will be entitled to an exchange, credit or refund.

Return costs

Bambino & Bundles are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
