Why Organic Cotton

With a consciousness in consumerism, there’s no surprise that Organic Cotton production has grown at a rate of 50% since 2007 and has become a go to for fashion labels such as Nike and Adidas. In simple terms, organic cotton is naturally grown and does not utilize pesticides or other harmful chemicals. It requires far less water to produce and ultimately conserves energy while preserving the environment through a safer and more sustainable crop production.

Regular cotton alone covers 2.5% of the world's cultivated land but uses 10-16% of the world's pesticides, more than any other single major crop. So while we love our cotton basics it’s important to shop Organic cotton when and where you can.

As an environmentally conscious brand we choose Organic cotton for the benefits it brings in every day use and for the impacts the production has on our children’s future.
